Adrian Bruce's website is one I recommend to teachers regularly. The range of resources Adrian makes available is so diverse and caters for teachers across the spectrum from those who are only just beginning to dabble in the use of ICTs to those who are looking for tips on the latest great web tools. I have been following Adrian's work for a couple of years now and find his site to be bursting with engaging and worthwhile resources, especially for teachers who are looking for ways to embed ICT into the curriculum. Practical resources and teaching ideas, well organised and inspirational, adrianbruce.com should be compulsory reading for every teacher! Whenever I am stuck for an idea for how to teach something, I always check here first because I know that adrian will have an idea I can quickly and easily adapt to the particular needs of my class and I'm away! The kids love the lessons, are engaged and learning and I am a very happy teacher! Without Adrian I would not know about half the online resources that are available, let alone what to do with them. He always shows us how to take what's out there and value add to it to make great lessons that encourage kids (and teachers!) to think creatively and build understanding. His ideas are original and innovative, I would recommend this site to anyone looking to provide quality teaching in their classroom.
Adrian has always moved us forward to see new posibilites in the use of computer technology in the classroom. His website provides great recources freely and they are always student friendly and with reliable background in the latest teaching methods.
This man is a legend. He provides free (yes I did say FREE), quality resources for the classroom and advice for all key learning areas. He is to be congratulated on his commitment and generosity in this day and age of 'gimme, gimme, gimme'.
