Presenter Lecturn at Melbourne Convention Exhibition CentreAll presentation rooms at the conference have a lecturn fitted with a Windows XP PC. It is loaded with Office 2007, and Acrobat Reader 9, and an internet connection.  Bring your presentation on a USB stick or CD to load on the lecturn PC, and make sure it's uploaded to the conference website so it can be downloaded by attendees.  There will also be a VGA cable to plug in your own laptop.

Further details about the MCEC Lecturn on their website.

Mac Users note: Please bring your own video adapter.

We can NOT install other software on the built in lecturn machines, so if you plan to do demos or have special requirements, or rely on Firefox extensions, then you should bring your own laptop.
