Find out how your school or district can use open source applications to enhance communications to parents and community members. Topics of discussion will include the use of electronic news letters where parents control which letters they want to receive, tools for electronic surveys of staff, students, parents and community, and a review of some of the open source content management systems that are available for creating web sites and social networking sites within your educational communities.
