At Carey we are in our third year of working with tablet computers in classrooms and beyond. We have had the chance to refine our approach and to select the most effective software to be used with these devices. In the Middle School where each student has a tablet computer in every class, teaching and learning have been transformed. During the presentation I will talk about the roll out to staff and students, explain the type of training offered and give real curriculum examples of how this technology has transformed teaching and learning. I will share the results of a survey completed by students and staff and will show work samples from students across a range of subjects.
