Virtual Worlds Meetup

Bronwyn Stuckey

on Thursday, 8 April 2010 13:30 - 15:00 in room Conversation Pit

This is a meetup for teachers and researchers involved in teaching in virtual worlds and MMORPGs (Second Life, Reaction Grid, Quest Atlantis, WOW, etc). This informal sharing session will be a chance to meet the faces behind the avatars and celebrate the successes of colleagues across all educational sectors (K-12, Higher Ed, TAFE etc). More than any one virtual world, this session is intended to take a broad view to learn more about learning agendas in all the virtual worlds and online games being implemented in education. If you are working in virtual worlds or would like to be this session is not to be missed!
