ePortfolios: Showcasing Student Voice and Choice
Christine Haynes
Presentation on Wednesday, 7 April 2010 11:50 - 12:30 in room 210
ePortfolios have the potential to represent the rich learning journey of primary students through a
showcase of multimodal artefacts created by students using new literacies.
This session looks at ePortfolio models, strategies, tools and issues developing a whole-school,
sustainable approach based on Immanuel Primary School's ePortfolio journey. Examples of student ePortfolios provide the focus for a discussion of curriculum integration, assessment for learning, teacher support, infrastructure and policy considerations as well as 'lessons learned' and future directions.
