Hear how the presenter has developed a program of flexible and personalised Professional Development that makes use of the high level of knowledge, skills and professionalism inherent in the staff within your school.

Utilising an action research model as the basis of all professional development, the presenter has a program in place where staff are able to choose, suggest or run professional development workshops or projects directly related to their current environment and in line with performance management processes. The opt-in model has strong levels of accountability and can enhance the professional development program in your school.
